Exercise and fitness have been a lifelong pursuit and I encourage anyone, at any age, to give it a shot….I don’t think you will regret it.

Today, I am certified through the National Council on Strength and Fitness and have worked with numerous individuals over the years. I am married to the fittest girl I know, Michelle, who also views exercise as an integral part in her life. She is much of my motivation and inspiration to move forward in the fitness field.
My favorite client is someone who wants to have fun with exercise, a person that isn’t into exercise just for vanity, but wants to make everyday life more manageable and enjoyable. Someone who, like myself, is excited about the fitness truth and is ready to leave behind all the deception that surrounds the fitness industry,
