Do you want to take your yoga experience to the next level?
Bradley Wellness Center (BWC) will offer new Hot Yoga classes, taught by Karyn Rizer, Cindy Little and Pat Chenard, beginning in October. Classes are open to members and non-members.
In the 75-minute classes, traditional hot yoga poses are combined with an energizing flow to give participants a challenging and invigorating workout. The classes focus on accurate alignment, core strength, concentration, mindfulness and breath control. The room is heated to 85-90 degrees.
Four, four-week sessions are available in October, November and
option A, Tuesdays from 5:30 to 6:45 a.m., beginning Oct. 6, Nov. 3 and Dec. 1
option B, Thursdays from 5:30 to 6:45 p.m., beginning Oct. 8, Nov. 5 and Dec. 3
option C, Fridays from 5:30 to 6:45 a.m., beginning Oct. 9, Nov. 6 and Dec. 4
option D, Saturdays from 8:10 to 9:25 a.m., beginning Oct. 10, Nov. 7 and Dec. 5.
The cost is $40 for a four-week session for members or $60 for non-members. Also available are three-week sessions for $30 for members or $45 for non-members. Payment is due upon registration.
