Who am I? – Personal Side:

I consider myself to be a loving and caring person. Instinctually, I am direct and to the point, I like to get things done in a timely manner and move on to the next task. I like working out and pushing myself to my own limits I enjoy kickboxing, high intensity interval workouts, strength training, Olympic lifting, Zumba, and yoga/meditation. When I am not at work I enjoy spending as much time as I can with my two year old son TJ. I have recently found nutrition to be a huge importance in my daily energy levels and it is important to me to practice balance for my body, mind, and spirit.

Why I became an Athletic Trainer:

During my own rehabilitation my athletic trainer pushed and encouraged me to overcome my limitations, which helped me to bounce back from knee surgery. Since then, I knew I wanted to be the same encourager so I can push my own athletes to be their best.
