Who am I? – Personal Side:

My husband and I, Patrick, have been married for 5 years. We are expecting our first child in July. I enjoy working out, reading, cooking, crafting, and spending time outdoors.

Why I became an Athletic Trainer:

I’ve always been interested in the medical profession, and more precisely, orthopedics. Combining orthopedics and sports introduced me to Athletic training back in middle school. I immediately had a passion for it and continue to strive to be a better athletic trainer.

How I can help the student athlete:

As the only health care provider in our school, I’m the front line for our student athletes. When it comes to caring for athletes, I strive to let them know that they are important and provide the best care that I can give them. I make sure they leave with an understanding of their injury and what needs to be done in order for their injury to heal and get back to sports. I strive to be better each day and incorporate new evaluation and treatment methods in order to give them the best care.
