Group Power (weight classes)

Group Power classes
Group Power instructors Group Power is a challenging yet achievable program that uses adjustable barbells (weighing from 5 to 65 pounds), which makes it ideal for people of all ages and fitness levels. The class includes a workout of all the major muscle groups of the body in 10 entertaining music tracks. The program is produced by Body Training Systems.

The class starts with a warm-up, then moves on to squats, chest, back, triceps, biceps, lunges, shoulders, core and then finish with a stretch.  “You’ll know you’ve worked hard after this hour of power,” said Laura Barnes, group fitness coordinator.  “Anyone can come to any of these classes and do a challenging workout for them that will give them maximum benefit and results! 

Body Training Systems is a company that researches, develops and designs pre-choreographed routines for a group fitness participant, ensuring safety and effectiveness. Participants will receive a consistent workout every time.
