Crustless Cheesy Quiche

    CRUSTLESS CHEESY QUICHE

     

     

    2 cups cholesterol-free egg product

     

     

    6 fresh asparagus spears, trimmed, cut into ½ inch lengths or  veggie of choice

     

    ½ cup Breakstones or Knudsen Low Fat Cottage Cheese

     

    ½ cup Kraft 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar Cheese

     

    ¼ cup finely chopped onion

     

    1 Tbsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard

     

    PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees F.  Spray 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.  MIX all ingredients until well blended;  pour into prepared pie plate.  BAKE 40 to 45 minutes or until center is puffy and top is  golden brown.
