2 cups chopped cooked chicken breasts
½ cup thin diagonally sliced celery
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/8 tsp. each; salt and pepper
1 cup blueberries
Mix chicken, celery, mayo, lemon peel, salt and pepper.
Add blueberries; stir gently to combine.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 4 servings.
