peachy smoothie



    ½ cup vanilla low-fat yogurt

    1 cup of frozen peaches

    ½ cup of water

    1 Tbsp. of Splenda

    2 low- fat cinnamon graham crackers, coarsely broken

    1/3 cup ice cubes


    Place all ingredients except ice cubes in blender;  cover.  Blend on medium speed 30 sec. or until smooth.

    Add ice; cover.  Blend on high speed until thickened.

    Serve immediately.
