DALTON, Ga. – Which organic foods are worth the price?

Bradley Wellness Center will offer an organic foods class called “Organic Foods – What’s worth it and what’s not?” on Monday, March 28 from 6-7 p.m. Erica Jones, registered dietician, will teach the class.

Organic foods can carry a significantly higher price tag than non-organic foods. According to Jones, there is a way to selectively buy organic and not break your bank. "For many families and individuals, every food dollar needs to be maximized in terms of value and health benefits,” said Jones. “This class will help you make the best food decisions for your particular health and economic situation."

The class is $10 for BWC members and non-members. To register, call 706-278-9355.
