Eating Gluten Free class
Have you or a loved one been recently diagnosed with gluten intolerance or gluten sensitivity?  Do you have questions about which food products you can purchase or what you should order if you’re eating out? If so, please join BWC dietitian Erica Jones for a discussion that will answer these questions and more.

“Gluten can be found in products other than foods,” said Jones. “For that reason, gluten-free encompasses all aspects of life.”

The class will begin Monday, March 26, and will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. It is free for BWC members or $10 for non-members. Sign-up deadline is March 19.
