Join us in the pool for a water aerobics routine which will incorporate cardio, strength, and flexibility. Great for all fitness levels, but can especially benefit the injured, the pregnant participant, or anyone wanting less impact. But dont let the pool fool you —.. You can get as much or as little out of this program as you put into it! And we may use noodles, paddles, kickboards, or buoyancy bells.
