Bradley Wellness Center will hold a 12-week training program to prepare runners for the Dalton Half Marathon on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6:00am. There is no fee for this program and it is open to members and non-members. This is not a beginner program.
Participants should have running experience. The training schedule will be focused on progressively increasing the weekly longer run and integrating other training methods such as tempo running and interval training.
