There's something for everyone in the 60,000 square foot facility-child care, youth fitness classes, over 75 group exercise classes each week free for all members, as well as cardiovascular equipment, strength training equipment, and free weights, a wide range of specialty programs like Arthritis Aquatics, Forever Fit for seniors and customized fitness plans supervised by a personal trainer.
