The Bradley Wellness Center (BWC) provides necessary health education and exercise programs to accommodate any individual who wants to obtain and maintain a healthy lifestyle. The BWC takes a comprehensive approach to health assessment and overall fitness. We also support the concept of personal responsibility for one’s health. Health is not merely an absence of disease; it is the achievement of the programs and services provided by Bradley Wellness Center. Join us as we take a systematic approach to improving health by assisting our members on a daily basis.

    This is your Hour of Power! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome Instructors. This class is for men & women of all ages and fitness levels using simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls.

    For those of you who prefer the unstructured freedom of a free ride with no pre-planned choreography-This class is for you! The music will vary from class to class and from Instructor to Instructor. The unpredictable flow will keep you guessing, spinning, and working hard.

    Join us in the pool for a water aerobics routine which will incorporate cardio, strength, and flexibility. Great for all levels, but can especially benefit the injured athlete, the pregnant participant, the elderly, or anyone wanting less impact and stress on their joints. The water provides great resistance as well as buoyancy.

    This class is all on the floor. Good stretches and restorative in nature. No strength required. We will use bolsters, blocks, and sandbags. This class is for all levels and is a good complement to our cardio classes. Nice way to relax after a good, hard workout!
