The Bradley Wellness Center (BWC) provides necessary health education and exercise programs to accommodate any individual who wants to obtain and maintain a healthy lifestyle. The BWC takes a comprehensive approach to health assessment and overall fitness. We also support the concept of personal responsibility for one’s health. Health is not merely an absence of disease; it is the achievement of the programs and services provided by Bradley Wellness Center.     This 60 minute indoor cycle program is geared for everyone who can ride a bike. All fitness levels will greatly improve their cardiovascular fitness in this class.

    Lets go vertical! By stepping up & down and on & off the bench, you can really make that heart rate climb! This class can be made more intense by adding risers under your step. Using exaggerated arm movements and hops will also up the challenge. Single or double step routines may be utilized.

    This class is all on the floor. Good stretches and restorative in nature. No strength required. We will use bolsters, blocks, and sandbags. This class is for all levels and is a good complement to our cardio classes. Nice way to relax after a good, hard workout!
