This class is for men & women of all ages and fitness levels using simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls.

    Forever Fit

    This is an ongoing exercise program devoted to individuals age 50 or older. Participants enjoy improved fitness in a relaxed and friendly group atmosphere.¾A physicianês consent is required for non-members.

    **PAID CLASS** Barre 365 is a choreographed barre workout. Each body-sculpting, fat burning, endurance-building class incorporates barre exercises and cardio segments to gain muscle control, increase flexibility and develop long lean muscles.

    Join us in the pool for a water aerobics routine which will incorporate cardio, strength, and flexibility. Great for all levels, but can especially benefit the injured athlete, the pregnant participant, the elderly, or anyone wanting less impact and stress on their joints. The water provides great resistance as well as buoyancy.
