Bradley Wellness Center offers a full-court gymnasium for basketball and other sports activities, such as pickle ball.

We ask that you please observe the following rules:
-Please play half-court if others are waiting outside of designated times. -No dunking or hanging on the rims of the basketball goals. -Shirts must be worn in the arena. BWC provides jerseys at no charge when scrimmaging, just ask the -Front Desk Staff. -No rough play or profanity will be allowed. -Arena may be closed certain times for activities and events. -No food is permitted in the arena or fitness areas. -Basketballs can be checked out at the Front Desk. We ask that an item is left for the ball, it will be returned upon the return of the ball. A $50 charge will apply if ball is lost or not returned. -Non-marking shoes must be worn.
Pickle Ball
The Bradley Wellness Center Arena has two lined Pickle Ball courts that can be used on a first come, first serve basis.

Players are responsible for bringing their own pickle ball paddles and balls. Nets are available in the BWC Arena area.

We ask that you please observe the following rules:
-Children may play basketball with their parents at times listed. All other times are reserved for members -12+ for full-court basketball pick-up games or shooting. -Parents must stay inside the curtains with children at all times. -Children cannot be left unattended while parents utilize equipment. -Children may not be in the workout areas while childcare is open. -Please do not kick basketballs. Soccer and volleyball may be played with the appropriate balls, as long as balls do not go higher than the goals.
Our Aquatic Center will be closed beginning February 9, 2025! We will be reopening the Aquatic Center on Monday March 3, 2025. Please bear with us during this time, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Aquatic Center
Bradley Wellness Center has a 25 meter indoor, warm water pool. Our pool may be used by all members.
Please check-in at the Front Desk before proceeding to the pool. Guests 12 and over must pay the appropriate guest fees to use the pool. Children under 12 may not use the pool unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children are permitted in the pool only during Open Swim or during swimming lesson(s).
Families with children 12 and under are encouraged to use the Family Restroom which is located across from the Women’s Locker Room.
Bradley Wellness Center Pool Rules
-Adult guardians must be in the pool area providing safety and supervision to children under 12. -Please do not ask us to limit the activities of other age groups within the pool. -Please be tolerant of others while in the pool. -Please be courteous of others’ with disabilities. -Do not stand on the rails -NO RUNNING or horse play on the deck. -We ask that you remove your shoes before entering the pool. [Aquatic socks or pool shoes may be worn. -If your child is a non-swimmer and wears a flotation device, you must be in the pool within reach of your child. -We ask that all swimmers shower before entering the pool. -Absolutely NO DIVING. -Do not move or hang on lap swim ropes. -Lap swimmers and walkers have priority in lap lanes. -No water guns or beach floats/balls in the pool. -Pool area should be kept free of glass, sharp objects, and gum. -No food or drink, except water, is allowed in the pool area. -No pets allowed in the pool. -Do play on lift chair.
Lap Swim
Bradley Wellness Center reserves roped off lanes in the pool. These lanes are always reserved for lap swimming/walking. Swimmers must be 12 or older unless accompanied by an adult.
Open Swim Families with children are allowed in the pool area during Open Swim. There is not a lifeguard on duty. Refer to the BWC Pool Rules for our regulations. Open Swim is available whenever there is not a class in session. Please refer to the schedule below or a pool class schedule located on the entrance to the pool doors. Open Swim schedule is subject to change due to class schedules or holidays.
Learning water safety is important and our instructors offer private and semi-private lessons.
The American Red Cross has been a leader in swimming and lifeguarding since 1914. All of our swim lessons are taught by certified American Red Cross Instructors. We offer lessons for children and adults, private and semi-private lessons by appointment only. Classes typically begin in the spring and summer. Swim Lessons fill up quickly! Tobacco Policy Bradley Wellness Center is a non-smoking establishment. Usage of tobacco products of any type is not permitted on property.
Liability of the Facility Bradley Wellness Center cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft of, or damage to personal property or for any personal injury sustained by any member, member’s family or guest. The member further understands that he/she shall hold Bradley Wellness Center harmless from any and all liability for such loss or injury in the facility and/or campus.
Privacy Concerns In the interest of protecting the privacy of all of our members, Bradley Wellness Center will not disclose the home or business phone number, address or email address of any member or staff member, without permission.
Clothing Policy Members and Guests must wear a shirt and shoes in the facility. Exceptions to the rule only apply while in the pool area.
Parking Bradley Wellness Center shares parking with Bradley Whiteside Rehabilitation, Cardiac Rehabilitation, and Spine Health and Sport. We ask that members park in the lower area, reserving the gated and top parking for those attending Rehabilitation. If you are in need of handicap parking and do not have a handicap tag, we can issue a pass for up to three months. Unauthorized parking can result in a ticket or towing of the vehicle at the owner’s expense. Members may use Rehab parking any time Saturday or Sunday and Monday – Friday before 7:00am and after 6:00pm.
Front Desk Check-In
All members and guests must scan member tag or check-in at the Front Desk before use of the facility. This information helps us to plan programs and services to meet our members’ needs. All guests must present valid identification and sign a waiver of liability; minors must have a waiver of liability signed by a parent/guardian and must have parental authorization before utilizing the facility.
Exclusive Guest Passes As a member of Bradley Wellness Center, we encourage you to invite friends and family to visit with you. Annual Members will receive six Exclusive Guest Passes each year at their renewal. Visitors in/out of town may use these passes, a valid ID must be present at time of use. All guests must sign in at the Front Desk upon each visit.
Guest Policy Visitor fees are $10 per day per person and $20 per 7 consecutive-day week. Dependent children 11 years and under are free. Each member can bring one non-Dependent child free of charge, each child after that is $5 per child. Guests under the age of 18 must have a liability waiver signed by his/her parent or legal guardian and must have his/her parent or legal guardian within the building at all times. If visiting with another relative/friend a letter or call from his/her parent or legal guardian must be presented before use of the facility.
Children 11 and under are not allowed on the fitness floor unless childcare is closed. Children are not allowed to use strength training equipment at any time. During regular Childcare hours, children 11 and under must check-in to Childcare.
Guests and visitors are expected to behave appropriately at all times, following the rules of Bradley Wellness Center found in the current handbook including the Rules and Bylaws of Bradley Wellness Center. It is the responsibility of the member to ensure that guests of the member are familiar with and abide by these rules. Unregistered guests will be asked to leave the facility.

Towel Service
Bradley Wellness Center is happy to offer Towel Service to all members for a fee of $5 per month, per person. Members are allowed two towels per visit, and we ask that soiled towels be dropped in the laundry bins located at the BWC Front Desk. Towel service is non-transferable and applied to the member carrying the service only. Daily towels may be rented at $0.50 each.
Lockers Daily lockers are available at no charge, inside the locker rooms. Please bring your own lock to secure your belongings. Locks must be removed by the end of the day, or they will be removed by Bradley Wellness Center staff, and belongings will be placed into lost and found. Bradley Wellness Center is not responsible for items left unsecured in the locker room. Lockers outside the locker rooms are available for a monthly rental fee of $3.00. Many find them to be convenient to store personal articles, shower necessities and other belongings. All items can be stored indefinitely while locker is under the rental agreement. All lockers, whether used on a daily basis or monthly rental, are the property of Bradley Wellness Center. All lockers are subject to search at any time, without notice, by Hamilton Public Safety or law enforcement officials.
Personal belongings cannot be stored on the fitness floor. Please store all purses, bags, etc. in a locker. Please see a Membership Services Representative for locker rental information.
Payment of Your Account
For your convenience, monthly dues are drafted from your checking account, Visa, Discover, Master Card or payroll deduction if applicable. You may also elect to pay 12 months in advance for a discounted price. Gift Cards Bradley Wellness Center gift cards can be purchased at the Front Desk. Gift cards can be purchased for membership, personal training, pro shop, food items, and classes that are not included in membership and other amenities at our center, such as Massage Therapy and Acupuncture. A gift card to Bradley Wellness Center is a gift that increases fitness and overall health. Gift cards are non-refundable; however, they are transferable. Ask the Front Desk for more information.
Equipment Please speak to a member of our Fitness Staff at the Fitness Desk located upstairs to arrange an appointment for a Fitness Equipment Orientation. If you are a beginner exerciser, we strongly recommend that you reach out for an orientation so that you can learn how to use the cardiovascular and strength training equipment safely. Use only non-spill beverage containers are allowed on the fitness floor.
Cardiovascular Area Whether you are a beginner or an avid exerciser, you’ll benefit from our state-of-the-art cardiovascular equipment. With personal viewing screens on most cardio equipment, you can enjoy your workout on a variety of treadmills, rowing machines, ellipticals, recumbent bikes and more. Our fitness staff will be happy to show you how to operate any of the cardiovascular equipment. Please report all injuries and problems with equipment to fitness staff immediately.
Strength Equipment We ask that you limit yourself to one or two sets per station during prime times or that you “work-in” with other members by sharing the equipment so that everyone can get the most out of their workout. If you do not know how to use a piece of equipment properly, please speak with the fitness staff. For best results and for your safety, it is essential to position the seats of the resistance machines in the proper position for your height.
Free Weights Bradley Wellness Center offers an extensive free weight area both upstairs and downstairs. If you are unfamiliar with free weights, we ask that you please speak with the fitness staff for information. Due to the risk of injury, we ask that you use a spotter when training with heavy weights. Please replace all dumbbells and plates on the appropriate racks when you are finished with them. To ensure safety to all of our members, please do not let free weights drop unless on Olympic platforms.
Indoor Walking and Running Track Walkers and runners are welcome to our indoor track. Slower walkers or joggers should stay on the inside lane of the indoor track. Twelve laps on the outside lane and 13 laps on the inside lane are equal to one mile. We ask that you wear non-marking athletic shoes on the track and please follow the directional arrows.
Sauna and Steam Room There is nothing like relaxing in the Sauna or Steam Room to soothe away aches and pains of exercise and daily life. However, please allow yourself five minutes of cool down after exercising before entering. Please read the following rules and regulations before entering the Sauna or Steam Room:
-Allow time to relax and cool down before entering -You must wear either a towel or bathing suit. -Nudity, razors, soaps, lotions, shampoos, reading material or flammable material are not allowed inside sauna/steam room.
-Suggested age is 16 years and older -Children 11 and under are NOT PERMITTED in Sauna/Steam Room -Suggested time limit is 30 minutes.
Please drink plenty of water following use. DO NOT place water on rocks in the sauna.
If you have/experience any of the following discontinue use: Discomfort, Elevated Blood Pressure, Hot/Cold chills, Abnormal EKG, Nausea, Headache, Coronary Disease, Vascular Problems, Kidney Disease, Dizziness, Diabetes, Rapid heart beat, Obesity, Pregnancy, Atherosclerosis Disease.
Group Fitness Classes
Our group fitness classes are taught by nationally certified instructors who excel in motivating and educating. We offer multi-level classes in which instructors can both challenge the “fit” member and encourage the beginner. Each week we offer more than 75 classes that are included in your membership. If you have any orthopedic or medical problems, please let your instructor know. They will offer modifications of specific exercises to meet your needs. Children may participate in ZUMBA or Yoga with a parent or guardian, but for the respect of all members and instructors, we ask that the child be able to follow along with instructions. Children are not permitted to participate in Strength Training Classes such as Group Core or Group Power.
