Two classes combined in a 30/30 format. BOOT – This “booty bootcamp” class is designed to target the gluts, abs, hamstrings, and thighs to get a beautifully sculpted, toned musculature. SPORT – This is a program designed to push your training edge, fine-tuning the body with an emphasis on cardio, strength, and core training, in an inspiring group environment. You will work hard and sweat hard, but also able to self-select your intensity level according to your fitness level.
