Join us in the pool for a water aerobics routine which will incorporate cardio, strength, and flexibility. Great for all levels, but can especially benefit the injured athlete, the pregnant participant, the elderly, or anyone wanting less impact and stress on their joints. The water provides great resistance as well as buoyancy.
