Heated Yoga
This is a class designed to step up your yoga experience. In this traditional hot yoga poses are combined with an energizing flow to give you a challenging and invigorating workout.
Yang Yoga
This is a moving practice (gentle or vigorous) focusing on alignment, strength, and mobility. Props may be used to modify the postures to enhance the individual experience. Postures are held for 1 - 5 breaths.
Yin Yoga
This practice is slow and low to the floor with lots of props to secure the body for stretching. Postures are modified to meet individual needs and are held for 2 - 5 minutes.
