This is the perfect lunchtime strength class for those who need to get in and out quick! We will do 30 minutes of Group Power focusing on the upper body. Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains, and spin your way to burning calories & strengthening your lower body.
This 60 minute indoor cycle program is geared for everyone who can ride a bike. All fitness levels will greatly improve their cardiovascular fitness in this class.
This is the perfect 30 minute cycle class for anyone who is pressed for time, new to cycling, or a beginner exerciser. Get it done fast!
This step class is great for those just starting out or those looking for a lower intensity.
Let’s go vertical! By stepping up & down and on & off the bench, you can really make that heart rate climb! This class can be made more intense by adding risers under your step. Using exaggerated arm movements and hops will also up the challenge. Single or double step routines may be utilized.
Gear down for some relaxation and meditation. This form of exercise is by no means “simple” by nature. You will focus on breathing while working on and improving your flexibility, concentration skills, and core strength. All levels accommodated in class.
Flow yoga is an intermediate level class that incorporates yoga poses, asanas, in a series that helps keep the body warm. Modifications are given to provide power or to ease the series when necessary. This class moves a little faster than basic yoga,classes but typically not as fast as power yoga.
