Get back to doing the things that you love, with those you love most! Forever Fit is an ongoing exercise program devoted to individuals age 50 or older.  Participants enjoy improved fitness in a relaxed and friendly group atmosphere.  A physician’s consent is required for non-members.

 

Classes meet:

Mon/Wed/Fri from 1:00-2:00 p.m.

Fee:

Free for members

$15 per month for non-members or  $25 per couple.
